If there's one thing certain about HTC's upcoming flagship, the HTC 10, is that its screen will indeed be a Quad HD display measuring 2,880 x 2,560 pixels.
More wallpapers for the HTC 10 have leaked, following the same design language of the first wallpaper leak that's supposed to be built into HTC's Sense 8.0-flavored Android OS.
All of the leaked wallpapers so far share a familiar geometrical design that closely resembles what's baked into Google's default Nexus wallpapers. These HTC 10 wallpapers measure 2,880 x 2,560 pixels, and should look pretty good on the HTC 10's 5.1-inch display.
Some images of the device itself have leaked online as well, but we won't really know for certain what the final product will look like until HTC's scheduled reveal on April 12. The HTC 10's debut on that day will happen during an online-only event, however. Shortly after its debut, the HTC 10 is expected to go on sale on April 15 - at least in HTC's home country of Taiwan.
Obviously, HTC has decided to slightly change its naming scheme for its flagship device by simply calling it the "HTC 10," and dropping the "One." As for the device itself, the HTC 10 is rumored to blend the design elements of both the One A9 and the One M9.
As is normal practice in the industry nowadays, the HTC 10 will continue to be encased in an all-metal body design trend with a fingerprint scanner in front.
According to the teaser by HTC, its latest flagship will also offer a new type of "Boom Sound" technology, and a "world's first, world class" front and rear camera. Again, what all that really means is yet to be discovered.
Otherwise, the HTC 10 will include many of the specs already present in other manufacturers' flagships such as Samsung's Galaxy S7 and LG's G5. For example, the HTC 10 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset with 32 GB of storage and 4 GB of RAM.
For now, that's all that's up in the air. We imagine there will be a few more leaks leading up to HTC's April event to finally clarify the HTC 10's newest features.
