Balluga smart bed promises to give the sleep that you deserve with its fully customizable features. The project, which debuted in Kickstarter, aims to solve all known sleeping problems that you can think of.
The Balluga Smart Interactive bed has air-filled cells that can be adjusted according to the user's preference. Air from the bedroom can be pumped in to make the mattress firmer, or be removed to make it softer. The adjustment can be made depending on which sections (head, upper body, and legs) depending you need the support.
It also has an individualized temperature control, which means one side can be cooler or warmer than the other side of the same bed.
If you've had a long day, you can rest well with Balluga bed and its vibromassage system that targets specific pressure points of the body. The bed also promises to curb your snoring with its built-in sensors that automatically detects your snoring and adjusts your neck position accordingly.
Balluga's revolutionary bed has been conceptualized back in 2014, but just arrived in Kickstarter after Joe Katan, the project's co-founder, was able to find manufacturers.
"With the help of the Kickstarter community, we'd like to be given the opportunity to bring Balluga beds to the mass market," said Katan.
Pledges ranging from $25 to $250 dollars can get you a night gown, cap, shirt, and Balluga Club membership, but an actual mattress may require bigger pledges.
Single and small double mattresses are available on Kickstarter for $1,199 and $1,499, respectively. While medium double, large double and California King have prices that range from $1,699 to $1,995.
For those who want to get the Balluga bed frame with built-in night-time illumination and external movement sensor, be ready to shell out a minimum of $1,999 to as much as $3,299. Although, if you want to fully customize it, one exclusive Balluga mattress and base can cost about $5,000.
With 27 days to go before its deadline, Balluga has more than $36,000 out of the $50,000 goal.
