John Cena Teases Huge News For Later This Week

The last time John Cena teased the WWE Universe on his Instagram, he posted a picture of the Undertaker, making us think that he'd challenge the Dead Man at WrestleMania 32 on April 3.

Unexpectedly filling that spot instead was Shane McMahon, as it was revealed that Shane-O-Mac would be the Phenom's opponent on the "Grandest Stage of Them All."

So, now, with less than a month until WrestleMania 32, Cena's role at the "Show of Shows" is still unclear.

Well, perhaps that will change tonight on Monday Night Raw. That's because, for the second time in three weeks, Cena has hopped back onto his social media to tease big news, taking to both his Twitter and Instagram accounts to promise a huge announcement.

What could it be? Well, might we finally learn Cena's opponent at WrestleMania 32? While that would make the most sense as to what Cena's big news will be, it's not a forgone conclusion, considering the WWE superstar is coming off an injury. That being said, if Cena's WrestleMania opponent is finally revealed, who will it be?

Like WWE did with bringing Shane back into the fold, it would be intriguing if they could do the same with Cena's opponent, perhaps re-introducing a name — cough, Kurt Angle, cough. As it stands now, superstars on the current roster may lack the sizzle and pop to be slated for a WrestleMania 32 match with Cena, giving the company all the more reason to think outside the box.

Or perhaps Cena's big announcement doesn't have to do with his opponent and has something to do more along the lines of a side project he's working on — say, a movie or television show. Cena has a growing resume on both screens and is coming off hosting duties on Today just before the New Year.

Or maybe it's an endorsement of sorts, something in the vein of the Rock-Under Armour type of deal.

Whatever it is, chances are the WWE Universe will once again hang onto Cena's words — just like they did two weeks ago — and tune in to Raw.
