Good news if you preordered Samsung's Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge, you can now redeem your free Gear VR headset.

Redeeming the free VR headset seems an easy process. All you need to do is head over to Samsung's promotions page and fill out the online claim form using the details found on the receipt.
Wait for the confirmation email that will inform that the claim is approved. Upon approval, it will take about four to six weeks for the VR headset to be delivered.
Those, however, who are still planning to buy either a Galaxy S7 or S7 edge should know that they still have the chance to snag a free Gear VR headset until March 18.
"From 2/23/16 through 3/18/16, purchase a Samsung Galaxy S7 or Samsung Galaxy S7 edge from a participating retailer and follow the instructions to submit Offer Claim Form and purchase receipt online," reads the fine print. "Offer valid with device installment plan, 2-year contract plan, lease or outright purchase at full retail price. Purchase requirement varies, please check with your Carrier."
Previously, Tech Times reported that consumers who preorder either of the two latest Samsung phones via Best Buy will get a free Gear VR bundle which is worth $199.98.
Specifically, Best Buy is going to give away a Gear VR headset (priced at $99.99), a 64 GB memory card (which costs $49.99) along with a VR content (priced at $50) at no cost when they buy a Galaxy S7 or S7 edge.
Samsung Galaxy S7 And S7 Edge Price
Consumers can get hold of the 32 GB variant of the Samsung Galaxy S7 for $199.99 on a two year contract on either Sprint or Verizon Wireless. Those who will buy it through AT&T will get the 32 GB version of the phone for $23.17 every month via the AT&T Next Plan.
Those who want an unlocked Galaxy S7 should be prepared to shell out $679.99 on Verizon, $694.99 on AT&T and $699.99 on Sprint.
In the meantime, those who are eyeing to buy the 32 GB model of the Galaxy S7 edge can grab it for $299.99 via Sprint, AT&T or Verizon Wireless on a two-year contract.
The unlocked version of the device is pegged at $779.99 on Verizon, $794.99 on AT&T and $799.99 on Sprint.
The latest flagship smartphones from Samsung will begin hitting the store shelves on March 11.
