YouTube is really ramping up its original programming.
The online streaming company officially launched its YouTube Red Originals today, introducing the first four series and movies from popular creators, exclusively available for YouTube Red members.
The original show creators include Lilly Singh, Rooster Teeth, AwesomenessTV and PewDiePie, as the first of many YouTube Red Originals to come.
Scare PewDiePie, in particular, comes from the creator and executive producers of The Walking Dead, as PewDiePie experiences haunting situations inspired by his favorite video games. In other words, video-game sequences brought to life.
"We've loved working with our creators on these series and movies and seeing them take their passion to new heights," YouTube's official blog post wrote Wednesday. "We've never seen PewDiePie more scared or seen Lilly crush it as hard as she does on her world tour."
In addition to the four highlighted series, YouTube will also release an Untitled Gigi Gorgeous Project and Foursome as two brand-new projects, set for launch later this year.
Over the next few months, the YouTube Red Originals will beef up to include a full lineup of series and movies, including Prank Academy, Fight of the Living Dead, Untitled 360 Game Theory and Bad Internet.
Those who haven't signed up for YouTube Red can watch short previews of the Originals for free or sign up for a free 30-day trial membership to the service.
