For the last time ever, Doritos is running its Crash the Super Bowl contest, in which one of three homemade Doritos ads will win $1 million and air during the Super Bowl 50 game broadcast live on CBS this Sunday night.
In conjunction with the ad campaign, Doritos is also opening up a digital prize to Twitter. According to Mashable, the Frito-Lay chips brand will be awarding a $50,000 prize for each of three winning tweets — one text-only, one photo and one video — on Super Bowl Sunday.
How? Well, simply log in to your Twitter account any time from 3 p.m. EST to the final whistle of Super Bowl 50 on Sunday and say the most intriguing — not to mention, entertaining — thing about Doritos, while using the hashtags #Doritos and #entry.
Obviously, you'll have to keep the message to 140 characters or less, but for those aiming to submit the winning photo or video submission, it's probably best to simply let the picture or footage speak for you.
As for the Crash the Super Bowl ad contest, it's down to three very different but entertaining ads: "Swipe For Doritos," "Ultrasound" and "Dorito Dogs."
One of the lucky 30-second spots will be seen by millions during Super Bowl Sunday.
