Washing clothes is easy, but without a dryer, it can take hours for clothing to be wearable. This is especially problematic for those living in apartments, who almost certainly don't have access to a dryer.
There's another option on the market now — a compact clothes dryer from a company called Thanko.
The way it works is that it basically sends a gentle stream of warm air downwards and into the hanging clothes, drying them a lot faster. Additionally, the device can be used to dry almost anything with the ventilating arms, which can even be bent around and into a pair of shoes. All you have to do is align it for the clothing that needs to be dried, turn it on and the clothing should be dry within a few minutes.
Of course, this is really useful for an emergency, when you don't have any clean clothing left and can simply dunk a shirt in the sink for a few minutes and then dry it with the dryer. Unless you intend on buying a dozen of these $50 hangers, you probably won't want to use them for a full load of laundry.
