Lenovo Announces A Whole Bunch Of Yoga, Ideacentre, And Ideapads

Remember all of those ThinkPad X1 devices we told you about late yesterday night? Yeah, well, that was just the sound of Lenovo getting warmed up. The company’s got a whole heck of a lot more in store for this week, including the half-dozen new devices you’ll find below. All right, let’s get started, shall we?

The biggie here is the Yoga 900S, which the company is calling the “world’s thinnest convertible tablet,” because companies like to say things like that — though 12.8 millimeters does quality as thin and 2.2 pounds certainly falls in the light category. The tablet’s got a 360-degree hinge with four operating modes. The touchscreen Windows 10 device promises 10.5 hours of video playback and has an optional QHD screen with a 2560 x 1440 resolution.

The company’s also got a few new products aimed specifically at gamers. There’s the Ideapad Y900, a 17-inch Windows 10 laptop featuring NVIDIA GTX 980M graphics, a multi-color backlight keyboard, and a Turbo button that promises a CPU performance boost. There’s also the similarly named Ideadentre Y900 RE (that’s Razer Edition), created in partnership with peripheral maker Razer, for added lighting effects and a Razer keyboard and mouse.

The IdeaCentre 610S is a Windows 10 desktop featuring an optional, removable wireless projector and up to 16GB of RAM and 2TB of storage. The Ideapad, 700 laptop, meanwhile, has optional JBL stereo speakers and up to 1TB of storage, while the 13-inch 710S features a slew of options and weighs in at 2.6-pounds.

The Yoga 900S arrives in March, starting at $1,099, while the Ideapad Y900, Ideacentre Y900 RE, Ideacentre 610S, and Ideapad 700 are all coming in June, with the Ideapad 710S arriving a month later.

Hope you’re not feeling overwhelmed, because we’ve still got two more days until this show officially kicks off.
