Christmas just got a lot merrier, as a factory unlocked T-Mobile version of Samsung Galaxy S6 and a Verizon unlocked Samsung Galaxy S6 edge are available at $399 and $599 respectively on eBay.
These Samsung flagships come with impressive hardware specifications, and in turn, they also fetch some hefty prices. But if you're looking to buy them at affordable prices, now's the chance.
The Galaxy S6 is a 32 GB Black Sapphire model with 4G and LTE support, and because it's factory unlocked, the handset is compatible with any GSM carrier, including AT&T.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy S6 edge is only available in White Pearl and is listed as a Verizon unlocked model, but this wireless carrier doesn't exactly support many LTE bands. That means it would be a safer bet to only use this particular handset on Verizon.
On that note, this deal offers a $300 discount, as the retail price of a white 128 GB model at Verizon's website is set at $899.
As a reminder, the two smartphones share almost exactly the same specs. They sport 5.1-inch displays with 1,440 x 2,560 resolutions and 577 ppi densities. Under their hoods, they have the Exynos 7420 with four Cortex-A53 clocked at 1.5 GHz and another four Cortex-A57 at 2.1 GHz along with 3 GB worth of RAM. They are also fitted with 16-megapixel rear-facing cameras and 5-megapixel front-facing cameras.
The only differences are that the Galaxy S6 edge has curved edges and a slightly bigger battery pack of 2600 mAh compared to the Galaxy S6's 2,550 mAh.
Both deals offer free shipping, so that's one less thing to worry about. However, both are in limited quantities, so it might be a good idea to grab one as soon as possible, as they are currently some of the hottest deals on eBay.
At the time of this writing, the sale for the Galaxy S6 ends in a little over a week, whereas the Galaxy S6 edge listing doesn't have a specific closing date.
