Adele has been making waves since she debuted back in 2008 and her popularity just keeps on soaring as even pop icons declare their love for the British singer. On Nov. 29, pop princess Britney Spears posted a video of herself dancing to Adele's record breaking single, "Hello," off her record breaking album, "25" on her social media accounts.
The video showed Spears doing pirouettes in a slow motion black and white video, which is perfectly in sync with the tune of "Hello" as it played in the background.
"I could dance to this song a million times," Spears captioned her video, and expressed her love for the 27-year-old British singer. Check out the video below.
It's not the first time Britney Spears expressed her love and support for Adele. In an Oct. 27 tweet, Spears tweeted to Adele proposing an exchange of tickets to their shows in response to Adele's Oct. 26 published interview on i-D.
"I'd like to tour properly. I'd like to see Britney in Vegas," Adele said in her exclusive interview.
On Nov. 23, merely four days after the release of her latest album "25," there have already been speculations that it will reach sales of up to 2.5 million copies, enough to break the 15-year record of NSYNC for most album sales in its first week. Of course, Adele did not only surpass the 2.42 million sales of NSYNC but she left that old number in the dust as her "25" set the record with a whopping 3.38 million copies sold in the United States in its first week.
Here's another bit of good news not only for Britney who may finally be able to push her proposed ticket exchange through, but also for all of Adele's fans, especially those in Europe: Adele announced on Nov. 26 that she's going on tour in 2016! Check out her video announcement below where she even laughs at herself for saying "Hello."
