Rob Gronkowski is in his absolute prime, leading all NFL tight ends in receiving yards with 806 with eight touchdowns, for good measure.
With the 26-year-old New England Patriots star tight end's dominance on the field comes plenty of attention off it, though.
In holding court via an "Ask Me Anything" Q&A session with fans on Twitter for 30 minutes Tuesday, Gronk was asked by one of his followers if he has an account on Snapchat. His answer for why he stays clear of the social media phenomenon was downright hilarious.
If that's not Gronk being Gronk, Tech Times doesn't know what is. Not only was his explanation typical Rob Gronkowski, but passing the buck to Patriots teammate and defensive end Chandler Jones is a pretty classic move.
Life is good when you're 26, the best tight end in the game and your defending Super Bowl champion squad remains undefeated, as the Patriots are. Perhaps Gronk's 1.1 million followers should lobby to get him on Snapchat, though. If he's this funny on Twitter, just imagine the content he could generate on Snapchat daily.
Another highlight of his open Twitter session came when he was asked what his favorite food is and answered, "my moms home made Chicken Sue flay. Super delicious and yummy!"
That's souffle, Rob.
