Here’s A List Of PS Plus And Xbox Live Gold Free Games For November 2015

PS Plus and Xbox Live Gold members are in for a treat this November 2015, as both Microsoft and Sony up the ante, giving away a ton of free games.

Straight off the bat, Sony is offering Telltale Game's The Walking Dead: Season Two along with developer Pieces Interactive and publisher Paradox Interactive's Magicka 2 for PS4 - yep, Arrowhead Game Studios didn't develop the sequel to Magicka. But that's not all up for Sony's sleeve, as Mass Effect 2 for PS3, Dragon Fin Soup for PS4 and PS Vita, Beyond Good & Evil for PS3 and Invizimals for PS Vita are up for grabs as well.

"These PS4 games are free for PlayStation Plus members starting on the first Tuesday of November," Sony says on its blog.

Next up, Microsoft is offering three games for the Xbox One and two games for the Xbox 360 as part of its Games with Gold program. For the later-gen console, Xbox Live Gold members can get their hands on The Walking Dead: Complete First Season, Pneuma: Breath of Life and Knight Squad. On the other hand, Xbox 360 titles such as DiRT 3 and Dungeon Siege III will be available for free throughout the month, where the former can be downloaded until Nov. 15 and the latter will be up on Nov. 16 until Nov. 30.

But that's not all that Microsoft is bringing to the table, as Xbox One owners will get more than they bargained for.

"And starting in November all future Games with Gold titles for Xbox 360 will be playable on Xbox One, giving Xbox One owners double the free games to play each month," Larry Hryb, Xbox Live's Major Nelson and Microsoft's director of Xbox programming, says on his blog.

Also, he mentions that on Nov. 12, Xbox One backward compatibility will go live, so that's one more thing to look forward to.

With these excellent titles, November seems to be PS Plus and Xbox Live Gold members' month.
