Alibaba is Asserting Dominance in This AI-Filled World

The United States has been one of the top countries which popularized artificial intelligence. However, China is among those who are looking to catch up to the US' run in this AI-filled world, with one of its Big Tech companies, Alibaba, among those who joined the wave.

However, the e-commerce company is not simply joining the wave, as it is among those who are ramping up China's artificial intelligence capabilities in the present.

The Alibaba Group started with its proprietary "Tongyi Qianwen," an artificial intelligence model that drew significant similarities to OpenAI's ChatGPT, but its ambitions for the model are to bring improvements as assistants, integrated into smart speakers and other platforms.

Jack Ma's renowned company followed up with its Tongyi Qianwen with other models that offer significant capabilities and are more than an AI that can generate information through texts.
