We've already been able to do everything from order a pizza from Domino's to help save endangered species with emojis. Now, you can use these characters to order room service, too.
Aloft Hotels launched a new service called Text it, Get it — or TiGi for short — at its Financial District location in Manhattan Wednesday, Mashable reports. Every room will have a menu of six packages available to order from the hotel through text, using a set of emojis and including your last name and room number.
However, the room service items you can order with emojis at Aloft Hotels aren't your typical breakfast foods or late-night snacks. They're more like care packages, such as "The Sightseer" ($10 MetroCard, city map and two drinks at Aloft Hotels' W XYZ bar for $30), "The Hangover" (two bottles of vitamin water, Advil and two bananas for $10) and "The Munchies" (Coca-Cola, Doritos, Snickers and a chocolate brownie for $10). You can also text the gift emoji to receive a surprise of "fun swag and cool stuff" for $25.
Though TiGi is only available at Aloft Hotels' Financial District location as of now, it could expand to the company's Europe, Asia and other U.S. locations in the coming weeks, according to Mashable. Thumbs up emoji to that.
