iPhone 6s and 6s Plus Will Be Available for Retail Purchase on Friday

Perhaps the days of camping out overnight outside of Apple Stores for the new iPhone like so many weary Phish fans are distant memories. And Friday, September 25th at 8:00AM, eager iOS enthusiasts will be able to simple stroll in to their nearest Apple retail location to pick up an iPhone 6s or 6s Plus - or both. Heck, what not go crazy?

The newly announced Apple handsets will be available from your friendly neighborhood Geniuses and in a slew of other mobile retail locations, including AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon stores, other unnamed careers and additional Cupertino-approved retailers.

The shiny new iOS handsets are available in a slew of different pricing options - too many to mention here, including a $0 down option with a lofty 24 monthly payments at $27 a pop. Apple fans abroad will also be able to get their fingers on the 3D in Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Singapore, and the UK.

And starting Saturday, users will be able to reserve the handset online for an in-store pickup. Oh, and Apple recommends showing up early on the 25th, if you want to be one of the first. So much for not camping out....
