Watch As A McDonald's Employee Knocks Out A Drunk College Student

Nobody likes dealing with the 'drunk friend.' They're loud, they're obnoxious, and in many cases, they're prone to falling over themselves.

There's nothing wrong with having a few drinks with friends, but there's always that one person that takes it too far and ends up ruining it for everyone else.

Really, there's no good way to deal with someone who's overly drunk - unless they're willing to lie down and fall asleep on their own, chances are, you're stuck with them.

Letting them out into a public space is probably the worst thing you could possibly do, but that didn't stop one young, incredibly drunk college student from making his way to a local McDonald's.

However, once he got there, the young man quickly discovered that the employees weren't very accepting of his drunken shenanigans: after spitting on the counter and allegedly throwing a Caution sign at the counter, the drunken student was knocked out cold by one of the restaurant's employees.

Now, there's no condoning that sort of violence, especially against someone who's clearly not in control of their faculties...that being said, if the story is true and the kid was throwing stuff at employees, he kind of had it coming. The video itself doesn't show much in the way of context, and most of the shot is blocked by the two figures in the foreground - it's hard to judge how much of the story is accurate. The punch itself, on the other hand, is clear as day - and it's not pretty.

According to local police (via Grub Street), the kid on the receiving end of the punch is fine. The employee who hit him, on the other hand, could face assault charges - and, while it hasn't been confirmed, he's probably looking for a new job right about now.

The lesson here is two-fold: don't drink and then vandalize a restaurant...and don't mess with McDonald's employees.
