Huawei recently revealed its FreeBuds SE 2 in China and its interesting specifications. While the earbuds have only been available in China for about a month, the buds have now been launched for the global market.

Huawei FreeBuds SE 2 Comes as an Update to the Original FreeBuds SE With the Same Battery Life

According to Gizmo China, the new FreeBuds SE 2 updates the original FreeBuds SE, giving users up to 40 hours of battery life. It also offers low latency with the help of Bluetooth v3.0 technology.

It was also reported that the earbuds have a lightweight design and seamless integration for Huawei devices. Fans can check the specs online, starting with the Huawei FreeBuds SE 2, with a semi-in-ear design.

Huawei Earbuds Are Light and Offer Low-Latency Connection with Advanced Bluetooth Technology

The earbuds come with a weight of just 3.8g each, with a charging case that weighs just 33g. That means that the buds would be just a little above 40g, which is still very light and can be carried around easily.

Huawei announced that it was designing the earbuds for over 300,000 ear canal samples with ergonomic simulation-based analysis. It was also reported that the earbuds come with the latest use of Bluetooth 5.3 technology for it to offer a low-latency connection.

That means that users will get minimal lag and reduced power consumption as Huawei has packed the wearables with what was described as an "impressive battery pack," which helps the device last until nine hours with the help of just a single charge.

Users Would Also Get Up to 3 Hours of Playtime and Up to 40 Hours With the Case

Aside from that, users will be able to get up to three hours of playtime, with the hearables only needing to be charged for 10 minutes. If users count the charging in the case, the Huawei FreeBuds SE 2 has a total battery life of around 40 hours.

The FreeBuds SE 2 comes with a speaker that has reportedly been through 26 different difficult reliability tests to ensure a good listening experience. The earbuds were reportedly rated with IP54 dust and splash resistance, so users won't get to worry about getting a little messy.
