"Pokemon Go" is celebrating its seventh-year anniversary starting July 6, bringing the most awaited Shiny New in its full-blue glory.

Niantic says that this will be a part of the All-in-One #151 Masterwork Research quest that won't be free this time around.

Here's how to catch Shiny Mew in the returning Masterwork Research in "Pokemon Go."

When "Pokemon Go" fans learned that Niantic would impose a price hike on the Remote Raid passes, everybody lost their heads thinking that the game was just all about money.

The increased pricing of the passes even pushed some users to protest, suggesting that Niantic should just delete the game right after.

According to Dexerto, while this was a sad scenario in the community back in April, some players couldn't just let go of the game thinking that Shiny Mew will be re-released this week.

Some players went to Reddit to express their sentiments about the new event. One player said that he's still not strong enough to resist the temptation of not paying Niantic after seeing Shiny New once again.

Another game thought that he would not give any bucks to Niantic anymore after the protest until he saw the first mythical Pokemon from the Kanto region.

Important Reminders Before Shiny Mew Hunt

Before we dive into the tasks you need to complete to add Shiny Mew to your shinies vault, first you need to know that it won't be free.

You need to pay $5 to access the Masterwork Research Story. Once you finish the purchase, you can now get Shiny Mew. Of course, you only have until July 12, 8 PM local time, to buy a ticket so you need to act quickly before the deadline expires.

It should be noted that you can't give the Masterwork Research ticket to your friend or other "Pokemon Go" players.
