The first expansion to the famed action dystopian game, "Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty," is coming soon later this year, and now, CD Projekt Red and GOG.com have teamed up to bring exclusive freebies to those that would buy it. The promotion is not exclusive to the Phantom Liberty only, as GOG.com's Cyberpunk Essentials sale also includes other offers by the game to be eligible for the goodies.

'Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty' Offers Exclusive Freebies on Purchase

As per Cyberpunk 2077's Twitter account, exclusive freebies are coming to those that take part in GOG.com's sale now, with the company offering special offers in the sale.

This sale event is called the "Cyberpunk Essentials," and this includes the Cyberpunk universe's games and the upcoming expansion, as well as other dystopian titles like Deus Ex, Tron 2.0, The Technomancer, Killer is Dead: Nightmare Edition, and more.

The Cyberpunk Essentials sale will be available until June 30 only, and GOG.com said that it offers a free "Akane" game as a gift from the company, as well as an STL-file 3D-printer ready GOG-Chan figurine.

Pre-order the Phantom Liberty expansion on GOG.com to get the exclusive goodies, now available for $29.99 only. Moreover, CDPR and GOG.com's partnership also offers exclusive rewards for Phantom Liberty preorders made now, they are set to receive the Rarog Vest.

Moreover, those who buy the Phantom Liberty along with owning a copy of "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" are set to receive the Wild Hunt Jacket and the Gwynbleidd-and for those who own the expansion and "Gwent: The Witcher Card Game" will also be able to claim the Scorch handgun and a GWEN T-shirt.

The expansion will be available later this year, with CDPR promising a September 26 release date for all supported platforms.

CD Projekt Red's Cyberpunk 2077

One of the most iconic releases back in 2020 was the highly-awaited action RPG from CD Projekt Red, which is Cyberpunk 2077, a game that was promised in 2012 by the developers. Less than two short years later, CDPR announced the upcoming expansion of the game that will expand more of what Night City offers, centering on the Phantom Liberty.

While Cyberpunk 2077 was made available to past-generation consoles like the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4, the new expansion that the company offers would only be available for the current-gen ones. This means that gamers who use the PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series S and X would be the only ones that can access the new title, alongside the PC platforms.
