SpaceX gave updates to the world about its Starship program, and it recently finished its fuel tests where it loaded its needed propellant for the upcoming static fire engine assessment. This event was dubbed as a "full flight-like wet dress rehearsal," as it already involved loading the fuel it needed for a possible launch that the company would deliver to all.

Its next steps for the Starship mission are the upcoming static fire tests of the Super Heavy Booster, one that would center on the 33 Raptor engines on its underside.

The renowned private space company announced its success in the fuel tests of the Starship program, where it already filled the spacecraft with the propellant it needs for a future launch. SpaceX claimed that it was reminiscent of a full flight-like wet dress rehearsal, centering on filling its tanks with the fuel it needs for a future flight.

SpaceX said that it filled the integrated Ship and Super Heavy Booster with more than 10 million pounds of propellant, combined.

It filled its tanks to their limit and is part of its tests to see its capabilities to handle its entire capacity, one that it will surely need for future long-haul travel in space.

What's Next for the SpaceX Starship

After this test, SpaceX said that it will destack the spacecraft again, removing Ship 24 to make way for the Super Heavy Booster rocket's upcoming static fire test that would fire up everything underneath.

It will focus on the 33 Raptor engines that would soon propel the rockets towards the orbit, giving the Starship its needed push outside the Earth for its future actual run towards regions in the cosmos.

SpaceX and its Starship Program

One of the most famous private space companies in the world has already achieved a lot since then, and the company secured many missions with clients, partners, and national space agencies. It is time for their next stage to test, centering on the Starship's Raptor engines that need to cross all the t's and dot all the i's.

In its development, SpaceX CEO Elon Musk claimed that in future iterations of the famous spacecraft, it will see figurative growth of about 5 to 10 meters more than its original towering size. The company would also deliver booster changes to its first-stage rocket and main vessel to use once in space, should it complete its first missions.

The company already shared with the public the success of its fuel test, a.k.a. the wet dress rehearsal-like feat, which took place earlier. Now, it is ready for the next stage, and it is to fire all the engines of the Super Heavy Booster, but would need to destack the Starship's main rocket, soon happening in a couple of days or the next weeks.
