While the giant annual shopping event on Amazon, known as Prime Day, only formally starts on July 12, or next Tuesday, we are already seeing countless pre-event markdowns.

So, as early as now Amazon customers could get their hands on the vast price cuts, allowing them to save a bunch of money. Rightfully so, with the worsening inflation these days, which makes almost everything a bit more expensive.

Paramount+ Subscription Now Costs Less Than a Dollar

And one of the biggest deals on Amazon right now is a massive 90 percent discount on one of the hottest streaming services out there, none other than Paramount Plus.

You read it right, this is not some sort of sloppy typographic error that our editors might have missed out on.

To be clear, as per a news story by USA Today, a subscription to Paramount Plus now only costs a measly $0.99 a month for at least two months. Well, that's roughly a total of $18 savings.

It is worth noting that a monthly subscription to Paramount Plus should cost you around $9.99 per month. Essentially, this promotion allows Amazon Prime subscribers to enjoy the massive library of Paramount Plus for less than a dollar.

However, USA Today notes that the discounted pricing only lasts for only a few days. It starts today and ends on July 13.

Paramount+ Subscription on Amazon Prime

But the catch is that the limited discounted pricing of Paramount Plus subscription requires users to sign up to Amazon Prime.

USA Today says in the same report that an Amazon Prime subscription also gives its users a chance to access the Netflix-rival, Amazon Prime Video, which brings phenomenal shows like The Boys.

Apart from the Amazon Prime Video access, it also gives its subscribers exclusive discounts, such as the Paramount Plus promotion.

So, on top of a Prime subscription, users only have to shell out $0.99 via Prime Video Channels before this limited deal comes to its final curtain call on July 13.

Meanwhile, the new titles this July sure look packed on Paramount Plus.
