The long wait is over. MiHoYo released a trailer that answers questions about the new 2.6 update called "Zephyr of the Violet Garden. "
"Global interactive entertainment brand HoYoverse announced today that Genshin Impact's Version 2.6 update, "Zephyr of the Violet Garden," will be arriving on March 30, 2022," said MiHoYo via its official press release.

One of the most awaited in-game content that the upcoming 2.6 update will offer is "The Chasm," a new area located at the westernmost of Liyue.

- The Chasm offers bountiful rewards, including a four-star Weapon Billet and an all-new Namecard.
Kamisato Ayato Will Arrive!
Aside from The Chasm, Kamisato Ayato will also arrive. This long-rumored character is confirmed to debut in the upcoming "Genshin Impact" 2.6 update.

This new character can unleash immense Hydro damage in a short amount of time and is capable of increasing the effects of his party's Normal Attacks.
New Event and More!
MiHoYo announced that there will be some new seasonal events and a new Archon Quest about the Traveler Twins and Khaenri'ah.
Aside from these, the giant title creator also confirmed that Venti and Kamisato Ayaka would also have their reruns in the upcoming "Zephyr of the Violet Garden" update.
Not only that, a seasonal celebration event in Inazuma will also take place, allowing players to recruit Xingqui for free.
