We have something to cheer up your summertime sadness, movie and TV addicts. September kicks off the fall TV season for primetime and cable networks, but also marks the start of new titles that are being added to the popular platforms for all your streaming needs.
Just like all the months before it, the three major streaming services just announced their monthly lineups for new movies and TV series set to launch. September has never seemed so good, with lots of options worth binge-watching on, such as season 2 of Narcos coming to Netflix in just one day, new episodes of primetime series Scream Queens and Gotham coming to Hulu the day after they air, and movies available to purchase on Amazon Video like Captain America: Civil War and X-Men: Apocalypse.
Here's a rundown of the best new titles being added to Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video and Amazon Video in September.
NETFLIX
What pretty much every Netflix subscriber is looking forward to is the return of Narcos, and they won't have to wait long since the entire season will be added on Sept. 2. Since there is a good chance this series will be devoured over the long weekend, Netflix is making sure there are plenty of other titles to keep subscribers coming back all month long.

The animated film Zooptopia will be streaming starting on Sept. 20, whereas the Netflix original film Audrie & Daisy will make its debut on Sept. 23. Marvel fans also must tune in to the release of Luke Cage on Sept. 30.

HULU
Subscribers know that Hulu is always reliable at bringing them new episodes of their favorite series right after they air on their respected networks. This means users don't need to rush home to see the season premieres of Dancing with the Stars on Sept. 13, South Park on Sept. 14, Gotham on Sept. 20 or Scream Queens on Sept. 21.
Of course, the platform is also adding new movies starting on Sept. 1, which include titles like American Psycho, The First Wives Club, The Others, Scary Movie 2 and 3 and The Talented Mr. Ripley. Also check out Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse on Sept. 2 and Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension on Sept. 3.
