A massive new development for Donald Trump's Truth Social is changing the platform's landscape now, and it is becoming a 'woke' social media claims reports.
It is widely known as a social media platform that supports far-right ideologies and ideals, where extreme opinions are welcome and get support, with recent changes helping it evolve for the better.
Moreover, it is now adopting the famed ideology known as the DEI, with its Board and people behind the scenes looking to change the platform towards new beginnings.
Donald Trump's Truth Social is Now 'Woke'

As revealed by the platform's Corporate Governance Guidelines (via MeidasTouch), the social media reiterated the importance of diversity and inclusion within the company via an entire section.
Additionally, the Board believes in and supports equal opportunity in employment to all persons and strongly encourages management to embrace the unique contributions an employee or candidate can bring to the Company and its culture in terms of their education, opinions, culture, ethnicity, race, sex, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, nationality, color, religion, veteran's status, disability, and other life experiences. The Company does not tolerate sexual or other unlawful harassment or discrimination by any employee, volunteer, vendor, contractor, consultant, customer, or visitor.
Truth Social is Now Committed to DEI
However, this still centers on the company's stand and commitment to the DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) ideology, with the guidelines not detailing if it would be applied to the app's Community Guidelines.
That being said, this is a massive step for the platform that was notorious for promoting far-right beliefs, centering on 'free speech' promotion.
The Notorious Truth Social
Truth Social was former President of the United States Donald Trump's redemption after he was kicked off major social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter (now X) for his alleged influence behind the January 6 Capitol riot. The platform was touted as a "Free speech" social media, but several critics and an NYU analyst regarded it as a "disaster."
It is also known for employing censor bots to make the platform 'family-friendly,' partnering with Hive to deliver this advanced content moderation.
Amidst the platform's fame among Trump supporters and far-right believers, it still faced financial and legal troubles during its run, and there are also issues with its technological development.
For many years, Trump's Truth Social had its fair share of supporters, but the company had to jump ship towards a merger with DWAC, which led to the platform going public.
With this newfound direction, massive developments were applied and improved more of the platform. It is now updating its Corporate Governance Guidelines, which stand with diversity, equity, and inclusion.
